PNP · PROVINCIAL NOMINATION
Every province writes
its own rulebook.
Provincial Nominee Programs let each province select the workers its economy is short of. That makes them the most accessible route to permanent residence for people already working in Canada - and the most stream-specific.

THE LANDSCAPE
What's actually
happening right now.
A quick read of the policy weather before we open your file - so the strategy fits the ground you're standing on.
A provincial nomination adds 600 CRS points through Express Entry, or opens a base stream that bypasses the federal pool entirely.
The catch is that every province maintains its own occupation lists, wage floors, job-offer rules, and intake windows - and they change without much notice. We track the streams we file into constantly, and we place candidates where they actually qualify rather than where they hope to live.
HOW WE WORK
Four phases. No handoffs.
Stream mapping
We compare your NOC, wage, education, language, and provincial ties against every stream we file into, then shortlist the ones with a real chance.
001Employer & documentation
Job-offer forms, wage verification, employer eligibility, and settlement-fund evidence prepared to the province's exact format.
002Nomination filing
Expression of interest or direct application, tracked through the provincial portal with responses to any provincial queries.
003Federal PR
Once nominated, we file the federal permanent residence application - the step where nominations are most often lost.
004WHAT'S INCLUDED
Every file,
every time.
Not add-ons. Not tiers. Every provincial nominee programs file we open ships with the full scope below - quoted flat, priced up front.
- 01Atlantic PNP streams (NB, NS, NL, PEI)
- 02Ontario Workforce Priority Stream - Employer Job Offer, Masters/PhD
- 03In-Canada worker and graduate streams across provinces
- 04Employer job-offer documentation and wage verification
- 05Expression of Interest profile management
- 06Federal PR filing after nomination
WHERE FILES FAIL
The three pitfalls we see most.
Applying to the wrong province
Choosing a province by lifestyle rather than by stream eligibility wastes months and, often, a nomination fee.
Employer paperwork gaps
A willing employer with incomplete documentation is the most common cause of a stalled nomination.
Treating nomination as the finish line
The federal PR application is a separate, fully assessed file with its own admissibility review.
QUESTIONS WE GET
Straight answers.
Do I need a job offer for a PNP?+
For most employer-driven streams, yes.
Can I move provinces after nomination?+
It is generally best to stay in the nominating province until your PR is finalized, especially for employer-based PNPs. By applying, you declared your intention to live in that province. Moving to another province while your application is in process may raise concerns about your eligibility and could jeopardize your PR application.
Which provinces do you file the most?+
We file the most PNP applications in Atlantic Canada and Ontario, but we handle applications across Canada.
PROVINCIAL FIT
Where this pathway lands - with an Atlantic focus.
Most of our PNP files run through the Atlantic provinces - every stream in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland & Labrador, and PEI. Once the nomination is issued, we handle the federal PR application end-to-end. Ontario's Workforce Priority Stream is the next largest slice of the practice.
New Brunswick PNP
Skilled Worker Stream, Express Entry Stream, Strategic Initiative Stream, New Brunswick Critical Worker Pilot, and New Brunswick Private Career College Graduate Pilot Program - then federal PR.
Nova Scotia Nominee Program
Skilled Worker, Nova Scotia Graduate, Occupations in Demand, Express Entry, and Critical Construction Stream - then federal PR.
Newfoundland & Labrador PNP
Express Entry Skilled Worker, Skilled Worker, and International Graduate streams - then federal PR.
Prince Edward Island PNP
Skilled Workers in PEI, Skilled Workers Outside Canada, Critical Workers, PEI Express Entry, and Occupations in Demand - then federal PR.
Ontario Workforce Priority Stream
TEER 0-3 pathway and TEER 4-5 pathway - then federal PR.
