QUESTIONS WE GET

Newfoundland & Labrador PNP, answered.

I studied in Canada. Can I use the NL International Graduate category?+

Possibly, if you have an eligible credential, a valid PGWP and a related job in Newfoundland and Labrador. We check your program and job against the current rules.

Do I need a job offer for the NL PNP?+

The Skilled Worker and Express Entry Skilled Worker categories need a job offer from an NL employer, as does the AIP. We review the offer before you apply.

What is the difference between NL Express Entry and NL Skilled Worker?+

The Express Entry category links to your federal Express Entry profile. The Skilled Worker category is a separate provincial application. We advise which suits your file.

Does a nomination guarantee permanent residence?+

No. It lets you apply to IRCC, which makes the final decision. We prepare the federal application as well.
