When you use our website, we may collect:

• Contact details you give us - your name, email address, and phone number - when you fill in a contact form or the eligibility check.
• Eligibility check answers (immigration status, education, work history, language scores) and the estimated score we calculate for you.
• Technical information such as your browser type and how you navigate the site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

• To respond to your enquiry and provide immigration consulting services.
• To prepare and review your eligibility results and consultation.
• To measure how our website and advertising perform, and to improve our ads on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).

We use the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. The pixel records actions on our site - such as page views and completing the eligibility check - and reports them to Meta so we can understand which ads lead to enquiries and optimize future campaigns.

When you complete the eligibility check, we also report that completion to Meta directly from our server (Meta Conversions API), together with your browser details and IP address. If you have accepted advertising cookies, we include a one-way hashed (encoded) copy of your email address and phone number so Meta can match the completion to its ad. We never put your email or phone number in page links.

Visitors in regions that require consent (including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland) are asked for their choice through a cookie banner before any advertising measurement takes place. Elsewhere, measurement runs by default and you may opt out at any time.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page. Withdrawing consent stops further advertising measurement immediately; it does not affect measurement that already took place.

• Formspree - delivers the messages you send through our contact forms to our inbox.
• Calendly - when you book a consultation, your booking details are processed by Calendly.

We do not sell your personal information.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you may withdraw any consent you have given. Contact us at clients@overseashaven.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

We keep enquiry and eligibility information only as long as needed to respond to you and meet our professional obligations as a licensed consultancy, and we protect it with appropriate technical and organizational measures.
