EE · FEDERAL SKILLED PATHWAY
Express Entry rewards preparation,
not patience.
Express Entry is Canada's flagship system for skilled workers - and it is a ranking contest, not a queue. Your profile is scored against everyone else in the pool, so the work happens before you submit: the right NOC, the right language result, the right category.

THE LANDSCAPE
What's actually
happening right now.
A quick read of the policy weather before we open your file - so the strategy fits the ground you're standing on.
Express Entry manages three federal programs - Canadian Experience Class, Federal Skilled Worker, and Federal Skilled Trades - through one pool ranked by the Comprehensive Ranking System.
General draws now land above 500 CRS, while category-based rounds for healthcare, trades, education, and French-language ability cut far lower. Most of our clients get in through a category, not by out-scoring the whole pool. That means the profile has to be built around the category you actually qualify for, with evidence ready before the invitation arrives.
HOW WE WORK
Four phases. No handoffs.
CRS audit
We score you honestly, including spouse factors, education equivalency, and provincial nomination potential. You see the number before you spend anything.
001Score engineering
A written plan for the points you can realistically gain - retesting language, ECA for a second credential, adding Canadian experience, or targeting a French draw.
002Profile filing
We create and submit the Express Entry profile with the correct NOC, hours, and history so the file survives verification later.
003Post-ITA filing
Sixty days to assemble reference letters, police certificates, medicals, and proof of funds. We manage the entire e-APR and any requests for additional documents.
004WHAT'S INCLUDED

WHERE FILES FAIL
The three pitfalls we see most.
The wrong NOC code
A generous-sounding job title with duties that don't match the NOC is the most common reason a post-ITA file collapses.
Letting the profile go stale
Birthdays, expiring language tests, and new work experience all change your score. An unmaintained profile quietly drops out of contention.
Waiting for a general draw
Candidates sitting at 470 often qualify for a category draw they never checked.
QUESTIONS WE GET
Straight answers.
What CRS score do I actually need?+
It depends on the draw. General rounds have been sitting above 500, while category-based rounds for healthcare, trades, and French speakers have gone considerably lower. We tell you which draws are realistically in reach.
Can I be in the pool while on a work permit?+
Yes - and it is the strongest position to be in, because Canadian work experience keeps adding CRS points while you wait.
Does a provincial nomination help?+
A nomination adds 600 CRS points, which is effectively a guaranteed invitation. We often run Express Entry and a PNP stream in parallel.
