QUESTIONS WE GET

Nova Scotia PNP, answered.

Can construction workers apply to the Nova Scotia PNP?+

Yes. Nova Scotia's Skilled Worker stream includes options for construction trades. We check your trade, experience and job offer against the current rules.

Do I need a job offer for Nova Scotia?+

The Skilled Worker stream and the AIP need a job offer. Some Express Entry streams do not, but may need an invitation from the province.

I got a procedural fairness letter from the NSNP. What now?+

Don't ignore it and don't rush a reply. These letters have a deadline and set out the officer's concerns. We review the letter and your file and prepare a structured response.

Is the AIP better than the NSNP?+

Neither is better for everyone. It depends on your employer's designation, your occupation and your experience. We compare both for your file.
